A Calm, Considered Place for Your Family's Records
Heirloomly helps families in Chiang Mai and across Thailand bring order to their documents, papers and meaningful keepsakes — at a pace that feels right for them.
Three Ways We Can Help
Each service is designed around how families actually live — not around filing systems or rigid processes.
Family Records Talks
Approachable educational sessions on how families commonly organise their documents and belongings. A gentle starting point for anyone feeling unsure where to begin.
- Covers wills, land documents, ID papers and more
- Delivered at your own pace, no jargon
- Suitable for individuals and extended families

- 'Story behind the item' note field for each entry
- Physical and digital keepsake coverage
Full Archive Companion
An extended service building and maintaining a complete, well-ordered family record and keepsake archive. Ideal for families with accumulated papers across generations.
- Full scope review of all household documents
- Ongoing support and archive maintenance
- Handover binder and digital backup guidance
Organising with Patience, Not Pressure
The way we work reflects how families actually are — scattered documents, stories tucked into drawers, and no clear sense of where to start.
Warm, Non-Judgmental Approach
We work without rushing, and without any expectation that everything should already be in order.
Practical, Usable Output
Every session produces something you can actually use — a labelled binder, an inventory document, or a clear filing guide.
Stories Preserved Alongside Records
Our keepsake approach captures why items matter, not just what they are — keeping context alive for future family members.
Based in Chiang Mai
We understand the practical realities of organising documents in Northern Thailand — Thai-language papers, land titles and all.
Family-Centred Thinking
Sessions are shaped around your family's situation, not a standard template or checklist.
Discreet and Respectful
We handle personal papers and family belongings with the same care and discretion we would want for our own.
Things People Often Ask
What kinds of documents does Heirloomly help with?
We work with a broad range of household and family papers — identification documents, land title deeds, insurance policies, family photographs, correspondence and personal keepsakes. If it matters to your family, it's within scope for us.
Do I need everything already sorted before we start?
Not at all. Most families come to us precisely because things are unsorted. We begin wherever you are — a pile of papers in a drawer is a perfectly fine starting point.
How long does each service typically take?
Family Records Talks are usually a single session of two to three hours. Keepsake Inventory Support typically runs across two or three visits depending on volume. The Full Archive Companion is an ongoing arrangement and we set a realistic timeline together at the start.
Do you work with Thai-language documents?
Yes. We are familiar with common Thai household document formats including land title deeds (chanote), tabien baan (house registration book), and standard government-issued identity papers. We can help you understand what you have and label everything clearly.
What happens to my documents and information after our sessions?
We do not retain copies of your documents. Everything we help you organise stays with you. We take privacy seriously and work in a way that keeps your family's information entirely in your own hands.
Are sessions held at your office or at our home?
Either works. Many families prefer to meet at home where the documents and items are already kept. We can also welcome you at our Ratchadamnoen Road office in Si Phum, Chiang Mai. The choice is yours.
Would You Like a Quiet Conversation About Getting Started?
There's no obligation and no pressure. A short call or message is all it takes to find out whether Heirloomly is the right fit for your family.
